Early manual vacuum valves could be replaced with electric or pneumatic vacuum valves to achieve automated operation of the vacuum system.
2. Energy conservation requires strengthening the research and development of energy-saving valves. Develop a new energy-saving vacuum valve using a combination of new sealing materials and electromagnetic driving principles.
3. Research and development of large-scale manual, pneumatic, and electric ultra-high vacuum plug valves. Currently, there are several types of valves produced in China, including CC type (manual), CCQ type (pneumatic), CCD type (electric), etc. However, ultra-high vacuum plug valves with a diameter of DN500 or above are the weak link. Electric valves are important components for achieving automatic control of vacuum systems. The current limit switch structure of the electric motor mechanism should be improved using optoelectronic technology to ensure the reliability of valve opening and closing.
4. We need to strengthen the research and development of ultra-high vacuum valves. Starting from the transmission principle, sealing materials, structural form, etc. of the valve, we should draw on the advantages of similar ultra-high vacuum valves from abroad and develop new products. There are not many domestic products such as ultra-high vacuum fine adjustment valves, which cannot meet the needs of regulating the airflow of ultra-high vacuum devices. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the processing technology and extend the service life of such valves.
5. Standardization and generalization should strengthen the standardization and generalization of vacuum valves. On the basis of absorbing advanced technology from similar foreign valves, we need to improve valve design so that all types of vacuum valves in China can reach the advanced level of similar foreign valves in terms of performance, structure, and appearance. In addition to meeting the needs of vacuum equipment in our country, we strive to introduce our vacuum valves into the international market.
